This episode is FULL. We start with a few follow up comments related to the previous episode. Then it's onto childhood imaginary friends, where and how the remnants of our child selves continue to show up today. Earthing, energy healing, body language... core wounds. 'Girl Interrupted.' The state of our stepfamily. Some of these topics stirred the pot, for us both, and you'll hear it through our apparent irritation with one another toward the end of this conversation and then our attempts to process through. It's that exchange however that although, frustrating in real time, is what we believe is the gold of this episode. This audio diary remains mostly unedited, raw, uncut. We like it that way. Because here, that's the creative act... *This is also a good place to add a correction. There is a section where we discuss a recent sound bath that we both attended. In this section there is mention that the sound bath therapist is said to be able to see 'auras' however it was actually that she said she can see chakras, not auras.
