Did you know that in Australia it’s illegal for PT’s to give out nutrition targets and meal plans unless they have a nutrition qualification. In the industry I see this happening so often, but the reality is everyone is different and requires different meal plans to best suit them. The common 6-8 week challenges, I believe, aren't an effect way to achieve fat loss. They lead to unhealthy mindsets and build a foundation that isn’t sustainable in your fitness journey. Today I unpack the common themes I see within gym challenges, and why I believe they aren’t beneficial for a successful fat loss phase.
