Federalist online lunch debate | Future of Europe: Next step Convention?

In this year's State of the European Union (SOTEU) address, the President of the European Commission, Ms Ursula von der Leyen, expressed her support for the revision of the European Treaties following the European Parliament's resolution of 9 June. What does this mean in concrete terms? What are the next steps, what is a possible timeline? And what agenda should a convention have?
