Healthy Bodies Week One
Welcome to another episode of healthy bodies. Here we are one week in and this is what we have been up to. I am excited to say that the website is up and running, and more and more gets added as we go, we already have a few exciting articles and podcasts. If you’re feeling the winter blues, you’re not alone. You check out our article on vitamin D and how you may be deficient. We also have links to where you can get great deals on vitamin D supplements. When I first started taking vitamin D3 I used the shop bought Magnesium Calcium and D3. Did you know there are only 6.2 micrograms of D3 in the store-bought one? I needed 2000 IU which is an international unit, that is 50 micrograms of vitamin D3. Essentially I needed 8 times more than what I was getting. And this is Healthy Bodies Week One.
