DSNSB welcomes Dalton Daniel (@dontthink.breathe) who is the producer and host of the Austin based podcast, Don’t Think. Breathe. Where he talks solo or with his guest on a wide range of topics including meditation, breath work, self-love, thought structuring, fear, authenticity, and dancing.  Dalton is one of the most genuine people I know on a journey to find the best version of himself and I’m incredibly grateful that we both happened to be in the same sauna within the same gym at the same time and we struck up a conversation.  Right before we both left the Sauna Dalton was brave enough to ask “would you listen to my podcast”? And I said “Yeah, would you listen to mine” and fast forward to today and he’s joining me on David’s Saturday Night Sit Back!  Dalton and I sit back to chirp about:  Something that Dalton wished he was told as a child  What my reaction is when I see a childhood photo Dalton will never forget when he was bullied by... Something I believe but haven’t said out loud and how it relates to the podcast Dalton reflets on the genesis of Don’t Think. Breathe Dalton’s experience with breath work I ask Dalton a series of 7 questions which include:  What are you happy about in life right now?  What are you excited about in life right now?  What are you proud about in life right now? What are you grateful for in life right now?  What are you enjoying in life right now?  Who do you love? Who loves you? What makes you loveable?  Dalton talks about not feeling qualified to interview guests on his podcast I ask Dalton what his most irrational belief is We do some live breathing exercises I go on a rant about my most recent experience with the American Health Care System Dalton reflects on the current state of depression There are so many young men & women who struggle with self image, getting ridiculed because of their bodies, or would have a hard time genuinely answering the same 7 questions that I asked Dalton. I believe Dalton’s story will resonate with those individuals and help them to start tackling their mental health in a healthier manner.  This will only happen though with your help! Please help the stories of DSNSB reach the people it needs to by:  Giving the pod a 5-star review if you listened on Spotify Give the pod a minimum of a one word review and 5-star's if you listened on Apple podcasts Subscribe, like, and comment on the episode if you watched on the YouTube channel Link to the latest episode of Don’t Think.
