HoM: Star Trek - "Redemption" & more
Series 4, Episode 2 - "They look like Muppet boobs" Welcome back, brave listeners, to the Klingon-themed series of the podcast. This week Mike is on his own doing the hosting duty and hopefully bringing glory to the role. But we have two absolutely fantastic guests for you, both returning from other podcast episodes. Firstly, from our Star Trek: First Contact movie review and his own Starfleet Academy Leadership Podcast comes Jeff Akin. He's joined by the inimitable Sandra Eavenson, from our Star Trek: Picard series review. Together, our terrific trio touch Trek base (try saying that ten times fast), engage in a short but engaging "Hit or Miss" section then warp into a full review of the TNG story "Redemption" (parts 1 & 2). There's some fascinating and invigorating discussions of leadership styles, Klingon honour politics, morality and more. The review also looks at the writing, acting, direction, special effects and of course final scores are assigned, and we hear from our audience what they think. From dealing with bigotry to puppet-like bosoms this episode has it all. Truly it is not to be missed, if you want to maintain your honour. Outro by Timeless Journey.
