HoM: Star Trek - "The Time Trap", "Wej Duj" & more
Series 4, Episode 10 - "There's an old man Admiral who does high-kicks! It's incredible!" Greetings Klingons, Caitians & party Gorn. With rather fortuitous timing it's an animation celebration on this latest episode of our Klingon-themed podcast series. Mike is finally rejoined by co-host D.K (freshly escaped from the Delta Triangle). They're joined by two legendary returning guests; Rick Everson (of 10backward podcast) and Mary (aka flutemusik). They'll be engaging in a D.K-led "Hit or Miss" section then taking a look at not one, but two animated episodes across two different Trek series. First up they're heading into a "pocket in the garment of space" (whatever that means) to discuss everything from overworking the late, great Nichelle Nichols to exactly what drugs Magen of the Elysian Council is on. It's a review of Star Trek: The Animated Series' "The Time Trap". Then it's onto talking about what constitutes a Vulcan "outburst", honourable Targ bowel movements & much more in a review of the Lower Decks episode "Wej Duj". "RED... ALARM", change the bulb, avoid those pesky Pakleds and press play to warp into this hilarious, joyful episode. ⁃ Help those in the entertainment community who are currently unable to work: https://entertainmentcommunity.org/ ⁃ Picket locations to show your support for the SAG-AFTRA strikes: https://www.sagaftrastrike.org/picket.
