How To Make 2023 Your Best Year Yet with Jamey Schrier
The year is almost over - what can you do to make your next year even better? How can you reflect on what we can do better in order to improve the following year? This week's The Dave Kittle Show episode, Dave Kittle will be joined again by Jamey Schrier. Jamey is a physical therapist, previous private practice owner, author, coach, consultant, and speaker. Jamey helps physical therapy practice owners and healthcare business owners treat less and earn more. Jamey is the best-selling author of the Practice Freedom Method: The Practice Owner's Guide to Work Less, Earn More, and Live Your Passion. First Episode with Jamey Schrier: Youtube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJfCDEzS7fI Apple Podcast Link: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/....podcast/owner-got-%2 We will touch on such topics as: Make a list of all of your successes, failures and struggles, and the lessons you’ve learned in 2022. This will help remind you of what makes life worth living — and give you an idea of what to do in 2023 to make it even better! Solidify your success, bring into the forefront the struggles and failures, determine how to handle your past failures, and then extrapolate the lessons from last year. This is a powerful way to start your strategic plan for the next year, and avoid the same mistake from the previous year. There are many ways to get in the positive mindset, but one of the most effective is to focus on the wins and successes. Be specific and be detailed. Describe more in detail, the more you become detailed on what happened it will become better in the way. It's easy to get caught up in the idea of working more, or doing more. But what matters is not how much you can do, but how much you will do, and the results it gets. By treating less patients, you are able to spend a larger portion of your day interacting with the less complex cases that bring in most of the money. We have the fear of letting go - the more we hold on, the more we lose our own identity. Once you reflect on your 2022, begin foreseeing the outcome of your goal in your company. It's also important to think about what it doesn't look like—what would be a red flag that indicates that you're not on track? What might stop you from achieving the goal? In order to become professionally better, you need to find ways to challenge yourself and push yourself out of your comfort zone. The growth of your business is directly proportional to your growth. In order to create an amazing business is to continuously develop ourselves. P.S.
