As an academic scholar, he achieved a 4.0 throughout three years of advanced doctoral studies and was inducted as a lifetime member into the prestigious Intercollegiate National Honors Fraternity, Alpha Chi. <br/><br/>With a less than a one percent international duplicity rate, his discovery and research of the knowledge gap between administrative mandates and student requirements of learning and training environments support the Aesthetic Knowledge Gap Phenomenon.<br/><br/>Eric is a chronic kidney disease, dialysis, and transplant survivor. He advocates organ donation and encourages others battling kidney disease through transplant games' triathlon participation, veteran and civilian special events, and speaking.<br/><br/>He writes in many genres, including prose poetry, fiction/fantasy stories, higher education textbooks, and personal memoirs.
