Hip-hop is now half a century old and, for decades, rappers have used the art form to condemn abusive police practices. That spirit has since spread globally. In Myanmar, rappers are considered the artistic arm of a revolution to bring down the ruling military through armed rebellion. Rap Against Junta is a collective of lyricists who work under pseudonyms and change locations frequently, lest they're caught with recording gear or hard drives full of anti-government rhymes. Their purpose: articulating the anger Myanmar people feel towards the junta, which seized power in 2021, crashing the economy and sparking an uprising. The World's Patrick Winn reports.
