Not long before 9:30 on the night of Tuesday 13 December 2016, 3 female students were out for a Christmas meal when they found 25yo Hayley Wall on the streets bleeding and disorientated.

Initially, Hayley told them that she had fallen over, but then she said she'd been hit by her partner.

She also told the girls that her partner had wanted to touch her sexually in front of their friends at the pub, but she had pushed him away.

Adding that Before she left their home, he hit her with a television and she fell down.

When the paramedics arrived she told them the same thing.

Hayley was rushed to hospital

When police went to the home her partner was asleep in his bedroom with mild stab wounds on his back and a cut on his hand.

10 days later, on December 23. Hayley who suffered a bleed on the brain as a result of the attack, died in hospital.

If the story wasn't bad enough, it turns out Hayleys partner was in fact her uncle. He'd incestuously groomed her.

--------------DISCLAIMER

This is a real, unsolved Missing Person / Murder, cold case, so it's important that if you share or comment you do so with the appropriate sensitivity.

-----------------Useful Links

-------US

---Domestic Abuse
https://ncadv.org/get-help -National Coalition Against Domestic Violence

https://www.thehotline.org/ - National Domestic Violence Hotline

---Grooming
https://www.rainn.org/news/grooming-know-warning-signs#:~:text=To%20help%20you%20recognize%20warning,confidential%2C%20and%2024%2F7.

-------UK

---Domestic Abuse
https://www.freedomprogramme.co.uk/ -For Victims and perpetrators wanting to change attitude

https://www.nspcc.org.uk/keepi....ng-children-safe/rep -advice and support for anyone with concerns about a child

https://www.victimsupport.org.....uk/crime-info/types- - Domestic Abuse Support

https://www.nationaldahelpline.org.uk/ - National Domestic Abuse Helpline

---Grooming

https://www.nspcc.org.uk/what-is-child-abuse/types-of-abuse/grooming/

-------Australia

---Domestic Abuse
https://au.reachout.com/articles/domestic-violence-support

https://www.1800respect.org.au/

---Grooming

https://knowmore.org.au/information-for-survivors/what-is-sexual-abuse/grooming/

------------

If you like my content please subscribe. - Click here - https://youtube.com/allimsayingis?sub_confirmation=1

All I'm Saying Is, is now in lots of places, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and wherever you listen to your podcasts.
