Today’s guest is an Instagram sensation with over 107K followers. Liz Thomson (aka @iheartveggies) is an RVA vegetarian food blogger who creates tasty/healthy recipes for busy people. She is also a cookbook author, a certified health coach and a foster mom. π«π₯π π₯π₯¦π₯¬Liz has been a vegetarian for 17 years and her goal is to help people eat healthier/live happier. She believes that eating doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. She also knows how challenging it can be as a mom to feed picky toddlers/hungry teenagers. She has been a foster parent for 4 years with her husband and they have fed kids of all ages.
