नेपालका लागि पहिलो अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय पदक दिलाउने धावक जित बहादुर केसीले आफ्नो खेल जीवनबारे सुनाउँदै । ६० को दशकमा दोलखाबाट पैदल आएर संयोगले आर्मीमा भर्ना भएका उनले ७० को दशकमा नेपालबाट अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय प्रतियोगिता खेल्दै पहिलो पदक पनि दिलाए । आफ्नो खेल जीवनका कर्ममा उनले त्यस बेलाको नेपाली समाज र नेपाली खेलकुदको अवस्थाबारे पनि बताएका छन् ।Nepal's first international medalist Jit Bahadur KC speaks about his playing career. KC walked from Dolakha and was inducted into Nepalese Army in a very funny incident. From thereon, he went onto dominate the early 70s and win first ever International medal for Nepal. He has also spoken about the state of Nepalese society and Nepalese sports during his playing days.
