Juneteenth Special - How Democrats permanently keep African-Americans as underclass with abortion, education

Dan's desire to do a Juneteenth special was anchored by his belief that unfettered access to abortion on demand and obstacles to school choice are Democratic policies keeping African-Americans as a permanent underclass in America. These policies are racist in effect, and it's incumbent upon Republicans to articulate this message more effectively and frequently with black voters.
