Launched Cosmonauts That Never Returned

In efforts to win the Space Race of the Cold War rumors have run wild of Soviet Cosmonauts being launched and lost in space in experimental rocket programs. Two Italian brothers in the 1960's claimed to have recorded secret radio communications of these very failed missions.
