This is part one of an interview I recorded with Scott Baily. Scot was diagnosed with diabetic retina 5 Years ago and, as a result, became blind. Despite this, he never gave up on his passions and dreams and is now training for the next Paralympics in judo while also studying at Keel Univesity.
