A lovely episode with Lisa Erickson of Enlightened Energetics. Lisa is an energy worker, author and meditation teacher specializing in women's energetics and sexual trauma healing. It was great to talk to Lisa who describes our energy field, chakras and energy in exactly the same way that I do, even though we had not previously met. Always a delight to meet a kindred spirit. We talk about the chakras and how we can clear and support them for our own healing, whether that is through affirmations, meditations or colours, among other techniques, and how powerful that can be. We also talk about a few experiences that I have had such as 'seeing' a chakra with a cord attached, a kundalini experience and exiting through a chakra. All fascinating stuff!
