In this episode, Kamm discusses the Prisoner Information Project. Kamm launched the project in 1990 after he testified to Congress in support of Most Favored Nation (MFN) for China.  It was Kamm’s one-man effort to gain early release for prisoners wrapped up in China’s political upheaval.
