Making Physics Work with Freya Blekman

Freya Blekman is an experimental particle physicist and lead scientist at DESY, Germany’s largest accelerator centre. With a professorship elementary particle physics at the University of Hamburg, she works on the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) detector at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN, where she is also the lead physics communications officer.
