Don't you just love it when things are running smooth!? You feel like things are finally in a good place and finally coming together...AND THEN BOOM! Something changes. The question is how do you handle it? Most of us have a difficult time dealing with change, its Human nature to make the environment around us safe and predictable (or so I've been told and have done) How do you handle that change? What does it look like? What things are out of your control that you have no ability to change? My philosophy has long been focus on what you can affect, sometimes I've had my limit of frustrations and one more thing is just sends me to fury mode.
