McDonald’s is getting sued for too-hot coffee -- again.

  Thirty years ago, a woman sued McDonald’s coffee she said left third degree burns across much of her body. The jury awarded her $2.9 million. Now, McDonald’s is facing a similar case from a San Francisco woman who says employees didn’t secure the lid on her coffee, which spilled and left severe burns.
