Today we sit down with Katie Avery. In 2019 Katie was involved in a road traffic accident whilst at university, shattering her ankle she still continues to adapt daily.As an osteopath herself, Katie can now relate incredibly to her patients. However, as much as it has been a dark journey for her so far, she wouldn’t change it. You don’t have to stay where you are, you can move forward, and embrace just how Katie continues to do so.Life goes on, with or without you. Whenever you’re ready, pick yourself up and move forward. This chapter is coming to an end, so be ready for a new one and the next part of life. Give yourself the credit you deserve.
