My Review of An Opportunity Event: The Good, The Bad, and Suggestions for Your Events
Although I’ve done hundreds of opportunity events as a recruiter and reviewed events as a trainer and coach; however, I rarely attend them as a prospect. In this episode, I break down my experience and observations of an opportunity event and give you suggestions for what to do and what not to do at your events. When I attended this event, I attended as someone interested in joining the organization. I didn’t go to it expecting to review it or use it as a teaching opportunity. In this episode, I share the thoughts I had throughout the process because I think my thoughts are typical of what your prospects are thinking when they’re considering your opportunity.I tell you what made me feel comfortable and uncomfortable and what I thought they did well, and the mistakes I thought they made.I give you ideas for how to implement my feedback for in-person and virtual events.I also tell you how and why I made my decision about whether or not I wanted to join the organization. If you have any questions about anything, send me a DM or post in the Facebook group.Resources:RESOURCES:
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/kellydnorthcott
Have a question you want answered on the podcast: ask it by filling out this form
Free Facebook Community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/directsalesworkshops Learn more about my programs: https://www.kellynorthcott.com/learn

Follow me to stay up to date with all episodes of the Elevate Your Direct Sales Business Podcast with Kelly Northcott!
