"Can I Kill Him?"

A nonemergency call came in to Concordia Parish sheriffs office at approximately 2:55 AM on March 14, 2007. A male caller stated that someone had broken into his home and shot his parents and he thought his parents were dead. The caller informed the employee at Concordia parish sheriffs office that he had shot the intruder but he thought the intruder may still be alive. The operator contacted the Ferriday Police Department and provided the information to a sergeant the 911 dispatcher on the operator return to the line. The male caller stated that he shot the intruder again and the intruder was now dead.
