He wasn't sleeping, lost 15lbs and wasn't being present for his kids. He went to a retreat and came back with a renewed sense of himself. Through active change and put himself into uncomfortable situations he found a new version of himself that was ready to grow. John talks about how he felt the feminine side of the psychology of humans helping him to understand his kids, the people within his life and himself. John talks about his journey in his book "Synchronicity of Love", he writes about his dreams, wisdom and control of his ego helped him to find a deeper understanding of himself as a father, husband, and human. Don't miss John's wisdom, the whole episode is full of mind opening antidotes about life and being balanced.
