Rain Clements: The Fear of Other People's Opinions & Creating a Positive Mindset

This week I sat down with influencer, reality show "Playground" season 2 cast member, and most importantly ;) Wellish listener, Rain Clements to talk about her experience growing her online presence. We discuss how amassing such a large following has impacted her perception of herself and what she does to cope with the emotions and expectations that come with it. She opens up about her struggle with other people's opinions, but how she works hard to challenge herself in her pursuit to overcome the fear completely. We also get into her journey shifting from living life with a negative mindset to one that only sees the positive in situations, how she wants to bring that positivity into other people's lives, and spreading the message that negative situations will always get better. Rain is adamant you will never be stuck in the same situation forever, we just have to let fate take its course and be intentional to create the life we want.
