She vividly recalls the long nights trying to get rest while mortars were hitting all around her compound. Some even inside the wire. With the help of her oldest daughter Taylor, Rebekah went to seek help and was diagnosed with PTSD. Shortly after she heard about Northwest Battle Buddies where she met her service dog Trigger.
