Welcome back to Sports & The Real Sh*t podcast.

The NFL propaganda machine is at it again. This time running backs are the victim. The prevailing thought among fans and media is that NFL teams should not pay elite running backs top dollar because they can easily find a replacement. Not only that, you don't even need a running back to win anyway, so there is no need to spend on one.

In this episode, I discuss why NFL running backs are being robbed and what can be done about it. I wonder why every franchise is trying to follow a one-size-fits-all model of team-building instead of structuring the team in a way that maximizes the talent of their personnel. That eventually leads me to the conclusion that NFL GMs are clueless and are essentially scamming owners for their salaries.
