Life for many, when it comes to specific sports memories, typically leads back to being a young kid. Still, the options for a sport like Track & Field depend on availability or seeking opportunities beyond your regular team sports. 2023 Papillion-La Vista South Titan Grad and currently committed South Dakota State University Jackrabbits Track & Field athlete Caiden Fredrick explains the importance of taking advantage of the sports during his time at the local Middle School, which led to his love found in the sport of track & field. Living through the lost time of COVID-19 since T&F is a spring sport created a lost opportunity when it comes to the freshman records that Cadien had set to break became used as fuel to become a better all-around thrower with the dedication and skills used and learned from sports like Football and Show Choir yes I said Show Choir created a throwing monster that broke records and left his mark on the Titans Record Wall and the state of Nebraska High School Sports. These opportunities didn't just happen as we dig into the story of successes and sacrifices that have helped him become who he is today, both on and off the field.
