Attention all personnel! Another Col. Flagg episode coming your way! After the 4077 experiences an attempted theft of penicillin, Flagg shows up to investigate (cue eye roll). But Flagg’s ulterior motives come to light when he’s caught also trying to steal from the camp’s penicillin supply.
