Saving the Best for Last + Saying Goodbye
It’s the final countdown, and we saved the best for last. To begin Ailish and Justin’s final hour on The FAN Morning Show, they are joined by Jeff Blair, co-host of Blair and Barker, to discuss Gerrit Cole solidifying his Cy Young case on Thursday night, the Blue Jays’ inability to make adjustments against high-end starting pitching, his suspicion that Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has been hampered by injuries throughout the season, Davis Schneider’s current slump, the eroding relationship between Alek Manoah and the Jays’ front office, and the team’s crucial series in Tampa this weekend. Then, before signing off, Ailish and Justin take an opportunity to present their biggest - and boldest - predictions about the Maple Leafs, Raptors, and Blue Jays. Finally, to end the show, Ailish and Justin issue a final farewell to our loyal morning grinders (24:43).
