Today I invited a special guest, Julia Tsakalis. Julia joined the Scalable Offers for Therapist mastermind last year, and in this episode, she shares her incredible journey creating her scalable offer, 'Mom's Mini Retreat', that was not only near and dear to her heart but also incredibly successful. She takes us through the process of coming up with the idea, overcoming mindset challenges, and finding the support she needed to make it happen. But what sets this episode apart is the raw honesty and vulnerability that Julia brings to the table. She opens up about her imposter syndrome, fears of failure, and the importance of self-compassion throughout the process. Join us as Julia shares how she almost canceled her first retreat, the lessons she learned from the experience, and how her second launch was completely sold out and ended up being a huge success.More about Julia Tsakalis:Julia Tsakalis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in northern New Jersey.
