Today on the Adult Fitness Podcast we're talking about the body positivity movement, which has been criticized for encouraging lifestyle habits that negatively affect one's health. We also take a look at how body dysmorphic disorder in men is significantly under-examined. Now as a social movement the body positivity scene seems like it's focused on the acceptance of all bodies, regardless of size, shape, skin tone, gender, and physical abilities. Unfortunately The truth is body positivity can be quite the opposite of anything helpful within our culture,so we're going to dive in and see what's going on.
