Silver is up this morning...There was just too much buying pressure under silver to "Allow" it to hover near the Moving Averages for too long. It was only a matter of time before it showed it's true direction...UP! I expect Silver to challenge $30/oz by the End of September (if the Global Fiat System stays in tact!) so hold onto your hats as the RIGGERS play their games!!
