Foster & Lloyd was founded in 1986 and by 1987, this then eight year old found out Radney Foster and Bill Lloyd existed with the hit song “Crazy Over You.” After Radney Foster & Bill Lloyd went on their own, Radney brought us hits like “Just Call Me Lonesone,” “Nobody Wins” with Mary Chapin Carpenter, and “Easier Said Than Done.” 31 years ago this month, “Just Call Me Lonesome” written by Radney and George Ducas was released as a lead single ahead of the debut of Del Rio, TX 1959. Locally, Radney will be at The Mulehouse in Columbia, Tennessee, on August 5th! Radney is currently on tour celebrating 30 years of Del Rio, TX 1959 and he will be joining me on the show today!
