From first impressions to overall experience, we deep dive into what it feels like to build a home straight from the client’s point of view.  In today’s episode our special guest is Jarrod Chandler, who is a Mr Enthusiast client building The Priorities design in Ravenswood, WA. <br/> <br/>A little overview of his journey so far: <br/> Jun 2022 – Signed Up <br/> Dec 2022 – Formal Approval <br/> Feb 2023 – Slab Down <br/> Apr 2023 – Bricks Finished <br/> May 2023 – Roof Finished <br/> Jun 2023 – Lock Up<br/><br/>The administration side did take longer than expected due to some complications, but as an overview Jarrod is currently only 5 months into construction and is already at lock up stage.<br/><br/>This episode is a lot more relaxed than our usual structure and has a bundle of banter and laughs.
