A federal appeals court on Wednesday declined to put on hold a Texas judge’s ruling that said President Joe Biden's plan to cancel hundreds of billions of dollars in student loan debt was unlawful. Montgomery County, Md., on Tuesday enacted the East Coast's first countywide ban on using natural gas for heating purposes in new buildings. With the price of everything from gasoline to food soaring in America, nobody is surprised by inflated price tags these days.
