Summer 2023 Mini Series: Trust. (Rebuilding, living, and loving again after you have been let down. Some thoughts and ideas, with love, from me to you.)
How to trust and live again after being let down by someone close? This issue has been asked to me over and over again. In private messages, and client sessions, in workplace and intimate settings, in youth and in age, across gender, ability, and life experiences.Trust really matters. To everyone.<br/><br/>How to gather yourself and move on without becoming a steel-walled fortress that no-one can get near (and as a result staying lonely and isolated)?<br/><br/>How to build inner trust in yourself, protect yourself, and move on?<br/><br/>I don’t have all the answers.
