This episode is centered on three cases and two consequential Supreme Court decision that were released June 30th, 2023. The first two cases are centered around Student Loan Foregiveness and President Biden’s plan to absolve borrowers of $10,000 or $20,000 dollars of student loan debt. The third case discusses a website designers who sued the State of Colorado because she felt the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act violated her Right to Freedom of religion. Alleging that the act could result in her having to design websites for a gay wedding that she does not believe should occur. If you have any history of following the Supreme Court you may find these decisions mark the continuation of the sharp contrast of the liberal leaning Supreme Court this Country has enjoyed for almost a century and the conservative Supreme Court this country has currently.
