The Body Never Lies
Episode21: The Body Never Lies Explicit My guest today is Gareth Riddy. Gareth is a healer, author, speaker & tone lowerer.Reformed(ish) naughty boy, with a deep personal experience & knowledge of what it means to feel like arse, & what it takes not to feel like arse.By day he helps people heal, unscrambling the neurological nonsense that underlies people's physical & emotional issues.By night he strangles his friends while trying not to get strangled, on the jujitsu matts.Yin & yangIn this conversation, we go deep into the connection between the mind and the body. Emotions are there to help us learn shit but we are taught to hide and ignore them. Emotions that aren't allowed to move through the body, get stuck. We must be willing to feel them and allow them to move through us. Gareth says that movement is key to helping our emotions flow through us. Go for a walk, punch a bag, stretch, go for a run or simply go get a hug. All of these things help us process emotion.Sex is also movement! Just saying. ππππ₯°
Enjoy the Episode!
