The Daily Mess What Is The New Weekend

How do you define what a weekend is? It usually started on Friday afternoons and lasted til Sunday night. Not since the Covid lock down. So many people and businesses have moved their weekends to physical days of the work week. How about those businesses that don't allow you to have two back to back days off? Is it time to realign the definition of a weekend or have we become set in our way?
