Rob and Meghan welcomed Retired Air Force Lt. Colonel Fred Pumroy on the podcast this week. Fred was most recently honored as the Grand Marshall of the 4th of July Parade in Fairborn, but that is only one of the many accolades and honors that has been given to him throughout his life. He has flown planes for Generals, been shot at in wars, and called upon for special assignements becasue of his expert knowledge and skills. On top of all that, Fred wrote a book, started a business that helped other smaller businesses, and has logged more volunteer hours than we an possibly count. This conversation was a true blessing and hopefully you enjoy it as well.
