The Job Market for Early-Career Marketers with Ryan McGonagill, Director of Comms & PR at Centerfield
This episode is focused on a recent study on the job market for recent college graduates and/or people looking to break into a marketing career. It also serves as an example of a unique approach to comms and PR. My guest, Ryan McGonagill, Director of Comms & PR at Centerfield, created and launched the study. He hired 4 marketing interns over the summer for a 10 week internship. Each intern’s job was to apply for their next marketing job and record data about that process. The data was then collected, analyzed and presented as a representation of the current job market. Check out the findings here: https://www.business.com/hirin....g/new-graduates-job- Stick around until the end to hear Ryan’s take on how to approach comms and PR for a brand as well.
