There’s archaeological evidence dating back 30,000 years, showing dogs as the first animals to be domesticated. All this time spent, we must know each other pretty well, right? Well, it seems like we’re just getting started, as oftentimes, we can be reading their behaviour all wrong.Today I sat down with Dr Dennis Wormald to learn a little bit more about what’s going on inside their head. Dr Dennis Wormald is a vet of over 10 years, with a PhD in canine anxiety as well as 5 publications exploring behavioural models of canine anxiety and anxiety disorders in dogs.Get a copy of A Dedication to Difficult Dogs here. Connect with Dennis via ABAdog (sound, personalised dog behaviour advice) and Twitter.
