Who you are is something you know but may not be able to define fully, ever. That's because who you are comes from an ocean of experience and emotion that has been evolving since your first breath. Who you are is founded on real values, fears and things like faith that come from this changing ocean. This episode explores how judgement, the kind we place on others and ourselves, affects the ocean of you which in turn impacts who you are and how you show up in the world. As always, we share resources that can help.
