Utah's property tax has skyrocketed over the past 20 years. Katie McKellar of the Deseret News wrote a very interesting piece on property taxes in Utah and why they're so unpredictable. First, home costs have gone up 145% in the last two decades... Back in 2003, a home would go for $147,500... Fast forward 20 years and that same home is $515,000  on average. Dave and Debbie discuss. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
