Elena serves as the Director of Client Service Delivery for Hire Heroes USA. She is responsible for the development and implementation of Hire Heroes USA’s core service delivery model, including oversight of all aspects of the program, from the client’s first phone call with their assigned Transition Specialist through their confirmation as Hired. Elena is a career development professional and community leader with 16+ years of experience in the career services and employment industry Romaine serves as a Georgia Program Manager at Hire Heroes USA. He is responsible for the outreach, education, and enrollment of transitioning military personnel, veterans, and their families into the Hire Heroes USA program. Romaine retired from the Army after 22 years of service. He has a fascinating story and journey that we will get into soon.
