What is leadership?

Leadership is a relationship. As such it is a fundamental relationship that defines many elements of our working environment and eventually determines what we call a quality of a working life. As a relationship it has three essential characteristics: it is 1) multidirectional and reciprocal, it is 2) active and directed towards change (for the better), and it is 3) non-coercive, that is steaming from a shared purpose. <br/><br/>The ground of the content of this episode is taken from work of Richard L.
