Zoya Bokhoor - Feeling is Healing
Our topic continues with a theme that’s been threading throughout many of our episodes, and that is child death. As parents, we’re supposed to care, love and protect our children. And when one of them dies, it’s out of order. We’re the ones that are meant to die first. Our guest today is Zoya Bokhoor, whose career changed as she journeyed through her own grief after the death of her son, Roy. And I’m truly fascinated at how many of us who’ve experienced a death and found a way to move forward have actually found our calling and our passion for the work, myself included. Here’s what (or who) we talk about:The journey from being a customer service rep to becoming an empath.Giving back to others as the first step to feeling again. Zoya breaking out of the “world” that she grew up in.Finding healing in personal growth programs more so than with therapists. The importance of having the right support. Using meditation as a means of healing. Feeling is healing! Healing doesn’t mean you’re never going to be sad again. How can coaching and reiki help with your healing journey? And much more!
Connect with Zoya Bokhoor!Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Heali....ngWithCompassion/Lin https://www.linkedin.com/in/zo....yabokhoor-mills/Inst https://www.instagram.com/spir....itualhealingtouch/We https://www.healingwithcompassion.comBook: https://www.amazon.com/Get-Your-Woman-Kimber-Lim/dp/0981970834/
You don't have to grieve alone, as a coach I can help support you.

Connect with me: Website: https://www.understandinggrief.com LinkedIn: https://www.understandinggrief.com
