🔒 2nd phone message & first VOICE MAIL SAMPLE. 1st message left, may not have recorded since I don't know if I tapped it & it was working or I can't find it. Either way, both are related to CPD.

Subscriber-only episodeThere will be visuals, but since Nate Smiley & TBG & PSOT board of directors is no longer a trigger----I know because I'm looking at all the screenshots & it IS easier to hold the thought & not have instant terror---so am stying "with" this & body is reacting, but definitely less.

I credit (a) picking up trash daily whenever I walk since haven't been able to squat in a long time due to [neuro-muscular] pain in low back, lumber, hips & radiates down legs. I was able to run up stairs for first time one week ago. I did not share or comment since need to see if it a "fluke" or brief relief or if it for real! It's better! It's shifted. Now it's moved to another area, but has not gone back to original which was present on first day of PT with Aurora Advocate Healthcare & can find those dates, no problem, if needed. Why it's a lot easier to function when you have comfort with numbers & ability to computer easily & mentally; (b) right shoulder pain has shifted (also a problem area identified in first day of PT with AAH) which is from multiple times of day (3-4/hour) of intensely rubbing out facet join pain to the point where it's screaming pain & I have A TON of STRATEGIES how to sit with this, but you have to be open to being ok to pain. I am not ok with pain but realize it's necessary to prove to body to make those near-muscular connections, but also to ensure body doesn't automatically fire pain signals when there's no reason since been told you will have it forever. The body has been in this state so long it as given up & accepted. No. There's no emotion or thought here. It just receives the signal with nothing that can be done since there isn't inflammation, there isn't a synapses issue; (3) trauma recovery center --also through AAH--& sympathetic therapist who (a) worked with dysfunction in dates/times, first noted with Dr. Fink when went to an entirely different address & could not figure out how to get back on track with a doctor who kept adding dates & had 2 locations, so could not figure it out & started noting "cognitive/functional" difficulties (b) had no issues with inconsistencies & was very clear to be explicit with what will/may happen & most importantly, was working with a mentor & needed to inform them of tbi symptoms acting professionally the entire time to never trigger (c) faith-based, education-centered (best practices) & effective by 8th session over several months due to scheduling issues, but working with me, not against me.

That date is October 5, 2015.

SEE PHOTO ATTACHED TO THIS PODCAST.

SmarterThanTrauma™
©SMART E MC
